There are many beautiful coastal walks, but my favourite days are spent roaming round the cobbled streets, window shopping and eating lobster mac and cheese.”

 “A winter break for me isn’t complete without museum trips, lots of coffee and market stops in between. I start my day in Harbourside at the food market and get on the ferry boat for a short trip to Brunel’s SS Great Britain. A great way to spend a cold day under the shelter of a ferry and learn more about Victorian maritime history along the way!”

“Sitting proudly at the top of Kemp Town in Brighton is my favourite restaurant, Busby & Wilds. If you’re visiting Brighton and looking for a delicious roast, teamed with a fabulous wine list and a great atmosphere, get booking. I have created many wonderful memories and celebrated lots of occasions at this hidden gem. Afterwards, take a stroll alongside Sussex Square, famed to be Lewis Carroll’s inspiration for ‘Alice in Wonderland’. At the foot of the gardens is a tunnel that leads directly to the sea front.”

“If you are a keen hiker then Cornwall is perfect for you! I rented a cute little cabin for the weekend and spent most of the evenings cosying up by the fireplace.
